I Won Some Medals:
A silver medal for second place in the 'Repro Pistol' competition 2024 organised by the Surrey branch of the Muzzle Loaders Association of Great Britain (MLAGB). Other competitions run alongside Repro Pistol, including 'Open Frame' for those using Colt Navy or Army revolvers (or similar) and 'Original'. Which as the name suggests is specifically for muzzle loading revolvers that are of the period 1836 to 1873. Using my reproduction Remington New Model Army I scored 80 out of 100, the winning score was just two points higher, 82 out of 100.

I've won another medal! Quite unexpectedly I have been awarded a bronze medal (third place) in the 'Repro Pistol' competition organised by the Surrey Branch of the Muzzle Loaders Association of Great Britain (MLAGB). This would have been using my Remington New Model Army. I do not know what my score was, although I believe it was in the 70's (out of 100). I was given the medal by the Club President at the practice shoot on the 8th August 2025. Totally unexpected.
