Four grandparents, eight great grandparents, sixteen
great great grandparents, thirty-two great great great grandparents and
sixty-four great great great great grandparents. How many of them can I
hatch, match and despatch? Grandparents - no problem there. Great
grandparents - no problem there either. Great great grandparents - a few
still missing. Great great great grandparents - now it is a lot harder
finding the correct records. Great great great great grandparents - I
have found eighteen names and not much else
out of the sixty-four so far.
AM = age when married. AD = age when died. FA = full age, i.e.
over the age of twenty-one.
Where a birth occurred prior to 1837, the baptismal date found in parish
registers has been used. The age at time of death has been taken from
the death certificates and may differ from the persons actual or apparent age.
Names are arranged in married pairs, i.e. 1 & 2, 3 & 4 and so on to form
a married couple. |
